The All-Tropical Vacation Smoothie is here to be your go-to when things get too hot. And there’s more than just flavor going on here. The pineapple is rich in both vitamin C and enzymes, while the coconut milk adds its electrolytes and immunity-boosting lauric acid. The bananas provide potassium and the mangoes bring even more vitamins and enzymes, plus their added sweetness.

All-Tropical Vacation Smoothie:

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
1/2 cup small ice cubes

* Place all ingredients in a blender.
* Blend on high until smooth, pulsing when necessary to liquify.
* Pour into 3 glasses and enjoy.
